We practice Interspirituality, defined by Brother Wayne [Teasdale](1) as the sharing of ultimate experiences, spiritual insights, spiritual practices and resources across traditions, and we collaborate with other organizations in projects and initiatives that are congruent with our mission.
It is run as an holoarchical organization. That is, there is not a hierarchy or anyone to follow other than your own Divine Self. People volunteer their expertise and take responsibility for their areas of responsibility.
